Maximum City

I sometimes surprise myself as to how shallow I can be ! But don't feel the least bit guilty .
Thats another story .Maximum City ... a gr8 book after such a long time . Its funny ... how as I read about my own hometown ..how blissfully unaware I was of the horrors. Let me correct myself ... not unaware .. just indifferent. Almost everyone i know who hails from the Maximum City wants to go back to Mumbai .
Now , will they ever ... is a subject of another book :p . Its safer than the 'Capital City' in its own cruel way . I think of this quote from the 'Walk the Line' ... when Johnny Cash addresses the Folsom Prison Inmates.
